Terms of Service

This is a translation of the Spanish version. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MakeMoney.li platform (the "Site" or the "Service"), operated by Wealth Life Mindset LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming (United States), with a postal address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "MakeMoney.li", "we" or "the Company").

By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

MakeMoney.li is a "Get-Paid-To" (GPT) web platform that lets registered users earn points ("Points") by completing certain offers, surveys and tasks ("Offers") supplied by third-party offer providers ("Offerwalls"). Accumulated Points can be redeemed for rewards, such as PayPal payments or gift cards ("Rewards").

MakeMoney.li acts as an intermediary between users and the Offerwalls. Offers are provided and managed by third parties, and their availability, conditions and crediting depend on those third parties.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

The Service is not directed at people under 18. If we find that a user is a minor, we reserve the right to suspend or delete their account and void the associated Points and Rewards.

3. Registration and user account

To access the features of the Service you must create an account, either by registering with an email address and password or by signing in with Google ("Sign in with Google").

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential.
• All activity carried out through your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each user may hold a single account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of all accounts involved and the loss of accumulated Points.

4. Points, Rewards and redemptions

4.1 Earning Points

Points are credited when an Offerwall confirms the valid completion of an Offer through a notification (postback). Crediting depends on the third-party provider's confirmation and may be delayed, or may not happen at all, if the Offer is not completed in line with its conditions.

4.2 Value and redemption

The redemption value of Points is shown in the Service and may include different redemption tiers. We reserve the right to change conversion rates, minimum redemption thresholds and redemption limits at any time, with effect for the future.

Reward payments are processed through PayPal via its application programming interface (API). It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct PayPal address. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect PayPal address supplied by you.

Gift cards as a Reward method are not available as of the publication of these Terms and may be added in the future.

4.3 Reversals and adjustments

If an Offerwall reverses a conversion (for example, because of fraud, a chargeback or a breach of the Offer's conditions), we reserve the right to reverse the corresponding Points, including any associated referral commissions. If your balance becomes negative as a result of a reversal, future Points may be applied to offset that balance.

5. Referral programme

The Service may offer a referral programme through which you can earn commissions in Points based on the real revenue-generating activity of the users you refer. Referral commissions are only generated when referred users complete valid Offers that generate real revenue for the platform.

Self-referral, the creation of fake accounts and any method intended to generate commissions fraudulently are prohibited. Breaching this will lead to the commissions being voided and possibly to the account being suspended.

Agreements with partners, affiliates or content creators may be governed by specific conditions separate from these Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct and fraud prevention

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Access or use the Service from a VPN, a proxy, the Tor network, a datacentre server or an equivalent service (including iCloud Private Relay). We do not allow access from those connections.
• Use emulators, bots or any other means to misrepresent your identity, location or activity in order to complete Offers fraudulently.
• Create multiple accounts or use false identities.
• Tamper with, interfere with or attempt to circumvent the crediting systems, the postbacks or the anti-fraud mechanisms.
• Complete Offers with false information or with third-party information without authorisation.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We use fraud detection systems that may analyse activity patterns. We reserve the right to hold, review, adjust or void Points and Rewards, as well as to suspend or close accounts, when we detect fraudulent or abusive activity or activity contrary to these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of the measures taken.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
• The law or a third-party provider requires it.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@makemoney.li. Closing your account may mean losing any unredeemed Points.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including its software, design, trade marks, logos and content (excluding third-party content), belong to Wealth Life Mindset LLC or its licensors. You are granted no rights over them other than use of the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service integrates Offers and content from third-party providers (Offerwalls such as AyeT Studios and Torox, among others) and payment processors (PayPal). We do not control and are not responsible for the practices, conditions or content of those third parties. Use of their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, nor that Offers will always be available or credited correctly, since they depend on third parties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Life Mindset LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data or Points, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the value of the Rewards actually pending payment in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, where relevant, the mandatory consumer rights of the European Union.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold Wealth Life Mindset LLC harmless against any claim, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated version in the Service and state the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the Service after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of them.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile where the applicable law so provides.
